Goal: Sweat Daily (and not just from NJ’s extreme humidity)

Day 1: Yoga DVD (felt like hot yoga. Soooo steamy in my house.)

Day 2: 26 mile bike ride

Day 3: Club Strength

Day 4: killer kickbox

Day 5: spinning

Day 6: 4.5 mile run

Day 7: step class

Day 8: yoga DVD
